Anna joins Springboard Enterprises with more than 20 years of experience building and growing strategic initiatives and partnerships across the nonprofit, philanthropic, private and public sectors. She has held multiple leadership roles in national nonprofits, working to end domestic and sexual violence; abolish extreme prison sentencing of children; reform the U.S immigration system; and center wellbeing (not problems) in public systems serving minoritized communities.
Anna is driven to advance gender and racial justice and equity, by providing partners and funders with meaningful investment opportunities to redistribute power and resources to overlooked and underutilized people and communities. She holds a Master’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Go Blue!
Fun facts about Anna: For her next career, she plans to start a party and event planning business specializing in themed-food and decor; and, she generally prefers animals to people and aspires to one day have three pet hedgehogs named Munster, Cheddar and Gouda.
