Ashley Lundy is a seasoned healthcare leader with two decades of experience spanning healthcare business and program development, strategy, and clinical operations. She has worked across sectors including the Department of Defense, academic medicine, and venture capital.
Ashley is passionate about women’s health, previously leading women’s service line operations for a multi-hospital health system, including the clinical oversight of a women’s specialty hospital, a screening and diagnostic breast center, and a reproductive endocrinology and infertility practice.
Also passionate about women’s entrepreneurship, Ashley previously led programming for women founders in healthcare with a focus on facilitating industry connections and access to funders. In that capacity, she directed the development and performance of an inaugural women’s health-focused accelerator program.
Currently serving as Director of Community Health at Penn Medicine, Ashley leverages innovation and business strategy to build and deploy healthcare programming to meet the needs of marginalized populations. She leads programming in homelessness, health equity, mental health, substance use, and child safety.
