Julia Williams is an accomplished healthcare leader with a track record of driving strategic transformation, business and product development, and integration across multibillion-dollar, complex organizations. Currently, Julia is an Executive Director of Strategy and Transformation at Mass General Brigham, where she leads key integration activities across the system to increase patient access, improve health outcomes, and ensure financial stability for the system. Since joining in 2020, Julia has played a pivotal role in developing and executing the system strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and driving organizational transformation.
Prior to Mass General Brigham, Julia was at CVS Health, where she developed innovative healthcare services, including a disruptive sleep apnea program designed to diagnose and treat patients with fewer barriers than existing solutions. Her experience spans product development, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to drive patient-centered solutions.
Julia strongly believes in giving back to the community and has served on the boards of the NH Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence, where she was the chair of the Development Committee, and the Boys & Girls Club of Manchester, NH, where she started a young professional society committed to developing the next generation of leaders.
Julia began her career at General Electric, completing a two-year international leadership program focused on marketing. She holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and received her undergraduate degree in Economics from Dartmouth College.
