As Senior Vice President and Head of CVS Specialty Operations at CVS Health, Lucille leads CVS Health’s specialty pharmacies, serving more than 1.8 million patients. Her responsibilities encompass multiple aspects of patient care for those with complex and chronic conditions, including mail and retail specialty pharmacy, home infusion and nutrition care, physician sales management, and specialty strategy. In addition, she oversees the Omnicare long-term care division.
She has held several leadership positions at CVS Health, previously leading the PBM Product Portfolio and Care Management organization.
As Chief Pharmacy Officer, Lucille is responsible for advocating for the pharmacy profession across CVS Health and externally with key stakeholders, including colleges of pharmacy and other relevant organizations.
Prior to CVS Health, Lucille served as Vice President of Global Operations, Patient Solutions at a leading pharmaceutical company, supporting multiple sclerosis and respiratory patient programs in 35 countries. She also held leadership roles in specialty programs and PBM product management at pharmacy benefit managers for 14 years, including three years managing international specialty programs.
Lucille earned a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from St. John’s University College of Pharmacy in New York, a Master’s in Health Policy and Management (MPH) from New York Medical College, and an EMBA from Fordham University.
She sits on the Surescripts Board of Directors, the Averon Sourcing Board, and serves as an Advisory Board member for St. John’s University College of Pharmacy.
