Mandy is a nationally recognized leader in the United States healthcare industry who has devoted the last 15 years to positively impacting provider operations. In her current role as Global Healthcare Strategy Lead at Microsoft, she creates innovative solutions to tackle the toughest problems in healthcare by leveraging the best-in-class Microsoft technology. Prior to joining Microsoft, Mandy spent 10 years working in various roles at health systems, most recently serving as Executive Director of Workforce Strategy & Innovation at Providence Health, a $27B organization treating over 28M patients each year. Recent highlights of Mandy’s career include being named one of the 2023 Women in Health IT to Know, leading product development on a groundbreaking healthcare staffing tool leveraging AI/ML and designing an operational digital twin for hospital scenario planning. Mandy has been a featured presenter and keynote speaker in multiple national conferences including HIMSS, Becker’s, and IBM Think!.
