Mina DiPaula obtained their BA in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Virginia in 2023. Their concentration in queer theory, LGBTQ+ studies, and feminist theory led to a distinct passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Mina joined Springboard in May of 2022 as an intern while pursuing their BA. After their graduation in December of 2023, Mina was promoted to the full-time Marketing Coordinator role. Mina’s previous experiences include working as a Resident Advisor and Orientation Leader at the University of Virginia. Mina received the Inclusive Mindsets for Committed Allies and National Mental Health First Aid certifications in 2022.
